Virtual therapy for adults navigating the pressures of real life โ work, relationships, family, and everything in between. A space where you can stop holding it all together and actually work through it.
I started my career studying anthropology and religion โ the invisible forces that shape how people make decisions. That foundation is in everything I do as a therapist. I'm less interested in diagnosing patterns than in understanding where they came from.
My work is collaborative. You're not here to be fixed โ you're here to build clarity, develop tools that actually work for you, and move forward in ways that are sustainable. I bring high expectations and deep care in equal measure.
"I lead with compassion and high expectations โ of my clients and of myself. Balance and excellence aren't opposites. They're the goal."
Areas of focus:
My clients tend to be high-functioning, self-aware people who are carrying more than they let on. They're not in crisis โ they're just tired of managing instead of actually living.
You're capable, you manage, you perform โ and underneath it all, there's a quiet exhaustion that never fully goes away.
Aging parents on one side, kids on the other, your career in the middle. You're everyone's resource and nobody's priority โ including your own.
Something has to change โ your job, your relationship, your sense of yourself โ but you're not sure where to start or what you actually want.
You understand yourself pretty well, but the understanding hasn't translated into change. You need more than insight โ you need a process.
You've never done this before and you're not sure what to expect. That's a great place to start โ curiosity is more than enough.
You've done therapy before and you're ready to go deeper, or life has shifted and you need a new kind of support. Welcome back.
Send an email or fill out the contact form. No forms to fill out before we've even spoken.
A short call to make sure we're a good fit and to answer any questions you have before committing.
We start with your story. I listen. You don't need to arrive with a polished version of yourself.
Therapy is collaborative and at your pace. We revisit what's working and adjust as you evolve.
My path to therapy wasn't linear โ it was driven by the same question I still bring to every session: what's actually driving this?
I started in Strategic Planning at the National Hockey League in New York, studying what moves people and organizations. That curiosity led me to clinical social work, where I specialized in trauma with children and adolescents. From there, I earned my MBA and spent years leading organizational transformation at the intersection of mission and strategy.
I'm also a working mom, an entrepreneur, and someone who knows firsthand what it feels like to carry a lot. That whole self shows up in how I practice.
Reaching out is the hardest part. Once you do, everything else moves at your pace.
Send an email with a brief note about what's bringing you in, and we'll set up a short intro call to make sure we're a good fit.
