Therapy built around how you actually think.

I started my career studying anthropology and religion โ€” the invisible forces that shape how people make decisions. That foundation is in everything I do as a therapist. I'm less interested in diagnosing patterns than in understanding where they came from.

My work is collaborative. You're not here to be fixed โ€” you're here to build clarity, develop tools that actually work for you, and move forward in ways that are sustainable. I bring high expectations and deep care in equal measure.

"I lead with compassion and high expectations โ€” of my clients and of myself. Balance and excellence aren't opposites. They're the goal."

Areas of focus:

  • ๐Ÿง
Stress & Burnout The slow drain of doing too much for too long โ€” and finding your way back
  • ๐Ÿ’ผ
Work & Career Stress Navigating demanding careers, workplace dynamics, and what success really means to you
  • ๐Ÿ‘จโ€๐Ÿ‘ฉโ€๐Ÿ‘ง
Relationships & Family Partnerships, parenting, and the invisible labor of holding a family together
  • ๐ŸŒ€
Anxiety & Overwhelm Understanding what's driving it, and building genuine capacity to manage it
  • ๐Ÿ”„
Life Transitions Career changes, loss, identity shifts โ€” navigating the in-between with clarity
  • ๐Ÿคฒ
Caregiver Support The particular weight of being the one who holds everything โ€” and needs support too

Adults who are ready to do the work.

My clients tend to be high-functioning, self-aware people who are carrying more than they let on. They're not in crisis โ€” they're just tired of managing instead of actually living.

The person keeping everything running

You're capable, you manage, you perform โ€” and underneath it all, there's a quiet exhaustion that never fully goes away.

๐Ÿฅช

The sandwich generation caregiver

Aging parents on one side, kids on the other, your career in the middle. You're everyone's resource and nobody's priority โ€” including your own.

๐Ÿ”€

The person at a crossroads

Something has to change โ€” your job, your relationship, your sense of yourself โ€” but you're not sure where to start or what you actually want.

๐Ÿ’ฌ

The overthinker

You understand yourself pretty well, but the understanding hasn't translated into change. You need more than insight โ€” you need a process.

๐ŸŒฑ

The first-time therapy client

You've never done this before and you're not sure what to expect. That's a great place to start โ€” curiosity is more than enough.

๐Ÿ”

The returning client

You've done therapy before and you're ready to go deeper, or life has shifted and you need a new kind of support. Welcome back.

Getting started is simpler than you think.

The therapist behind Employee One

My path to therapy wasn't linear โ€” it was driven by the same question I still bring to every session: what's actually driving this?

I started in Strategic Planning at the National Hockey League in New York, studying what moves people and organizations. That curiosity led me to clinical social work, where I specialized in trauma with children and adolescents. From there, I earned my MBA and spent years leading organizational transformation at the intersection of mission and strategy.

I'm also a working mom, an entrepreneur, and someone who knows firsthand what it feels like to carry a lot. That whole self shows up in how I practice.
